Managing Constraints to Optimise Outcomes with Lewis Trigger

Based on the internationally acclaimed “Theory of Constraints” (TOC) two-day workshop Unlocking Value.

Organisations often despise constraints and bottlenecks, which can cause significant delays and frustrations, especially in the post-2020 business landscape. However, Lewis Trigger presents an approach to value constraints by leveraging them. Through his online Constraint Innovation workshop, you can learn practical techniques to manage constraints, protect them from potential issues, and achieve consistently better results using existing resources.

Constraints and bottlenecks ultimately control business output, making it crucial to manage them effectively. Constraint Innovation combines the acclaimed Theory of Constraints with leading management doctrines like Lean, Concurrent Engineering, and System's thinking. By internalizing the techniques presented in this workshop, managers can optimize outcomes and improve their management skills.

Join international CI expert Lewis Trigger in our 6-part online Constraint Innovation workshop, where you'll learn practical, common-sense solutions from advanced management doctrine, including TOC, to "Unlock Value" by leveraging your constraints. Whether it's resource constraints, policy constraints, or market constraints, this workshop will teach you techniques to manage critical resources in a dynamic, uncertain environment.

Online Delivery format:
Each session of the workshop spans 2.5 hours, with ample time in between to apply the learnings to your business.

Lewis’ approach prioritizes the active involvement of participants, with a particular emphasis on their working environment, to drive meaningful improvement.

During the workshop, participants form workgroups and are assigned a challenging area from one of the participant's working environments. As they learn, each group will demonstrate the practical application of their new knowledge to their assigned case study.
The workshop emphasises exercises, group discussions, and real-life case studies to illustrate the methodology.

Throughout the learning process, participants will have the chance to demonstrate the practical application of what they have learned to their own businesses.

This workshop is limited to 25 participants.

Participant case study:
Early registrations will have the opportunity to have their business case study used within the program. Lewis will contact you directly to help prepare the case study.
