The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
Description
You are invited to the Oates Theater for the celebrated Broadway musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee!
Meet six young spellers from across Putnam County as they compete for the coveted title of Spelling Bee Champion. Led by an enthusiastic former bee winner, an insecure and easily frustrated word announcer, and a slightly intimidating comfort counselor, these unlikely competitors spell their way through a series of increasingly challenging words, all while revealing hilarious, surprising, and sometimes touching stories from their lives.
Who will be our champion and who will be sent home with a hug and a juice box? And will you have what it takes to step up to the microphone and put your own spelling skills to the test? Join us to find out! This production is best suited for Middle and Upper School audiences.
