We are thrilled to share one of Australia’s most notable artists in the electronic music community, radio host/DJ, Ricky Nord is the headliner for our annual SPICYMUSIC Xmas Party on Sat December 20th!

@ricky_nord is a DJ, radio host & label head of Club Elevate, a podcast and label broadcasting Area 3000 Radio based out of Naarm/Melbourne. His show features a mix of local and international artists, complete with in depth interviews and showcasing fresh music.

As a DJ, Ricky delves into the realms of house, tech house, progressive house and techno, drawing heavy inspiration from the late 90s and early 2000s. His sets are a dynamic blend of nostalgia and rhythmic grooves, capturing the essence of the era while delivering a fresh, innovative sound that can be easily adapted into any setting of a party.

Ricky is a regular fixture in Naam/Melbourne’s nightlife scene, with a residency at Gold Haus and frequent appearances at clubs around the city and festivals such as Pitch Music & Arts, Let Them Eat Cake, Sonder, Ballista & Beyond The Valley. He has also taken his sound to Eora/Sydney, Meanjin/Brisbane, Kaurna/Adelaide, Mulubinba/Newcastle and featured on UK’s Rinse FM & Hong Kong Community Radio.
