Want to learn how to share your experiences as a form of advocacy?

Maybe you're into public speaking, writing, art or creating videos!

Do you love sharing your story as a way to educate, relate to others or make change?

You'll walk away from this interactive training with the confidence and skills you need to tell your story in a safe and accessible way.

Through the careful and practiced guidance of our experienced Young Peer Facilitators, you will leave knowing how to identify your boundaries around sharing, places you can get support and what makes a good story.

Topics we cover

  • Why sharing your story is a form of advocacy

  • How to identify if you’re in a good headspace for sharing

  • Your motivation for sharing

  • Support while sharing

  • What is YERP?
