Event description

Dr Debbie Reynolds, Pimelea Conservation Officer with Trust for Nature, will be speaking about the iconic grassland Spiny Rice-flower (Pimelea spinescens).

It's great timing with the draft Pimelea recovery plan out now for public comment.

Deb manages a trust fund set up for Pimelea spinescens and administers the Pimelea spinescens Recovery Team. She also works for the Department of Transport and Planning, advising them on environmental legislation in relation to delivering road projects.

Deb's talk will be followed by a Grassy Plains Network meeting from 7:15pm – 8:15pm, to discuss plans for the year.
