Event description
Radical times call for radical measures. And what could be more rad than a book club?
Join us next week for our book club session! We will be looking at a text on the Yoga of Kashmir Shaivism, a powerful Tantric Hindu tradition with many practical applications.
You can expect to:
1) Enjoy an introductory presentation by a mystery guest!
2) Be inspired by insightful passages on meditation and consciousness
3) Try short dharanas (i.e. brief meditation practices to "test out" the ideas from the text)
4) Engage in lively discussion about spiritual practice
