Combining her experience in spiritual mediumship, Egyptian Pendulum enquiry, life coaching, NLP and EFT, Anne has developed a distinctive approach to exploring the spiritual and personal patterns that may influence our lives. - Is this workshop religious or associated with a particular faith?
No. The Spiritual Glow Up Method™ is non-denominational and welcomes people from all religious, spiritual and cultural backgrounds, including those who don't identify with a particular faith.
The workshop explores concepts such as the soul or our greater self, universal consciousness, angels and spiritual guidance, but does not require you to adopt any particular religious beliefs.
You're encouraged to interpret the teachings through your own spiritual understanding, question what you learn and retain your personal freedom of belief.
The Spiritual Glow Up Method™ is more aligned with quantum physics and neuroscience than any belief system. It involves some work to manage your conscious mind that is more aligned with life coaching and neurolinguistic programming.
