What to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any other props, eye pillows, bolsters or blankets that you might use for yoga, meditation and relaxation. We will bring a few extras but to make sure you have everything you want/need we do recommend bringing your own.

If you have a set of oracle cards, please also bring them along. We'll provide tea and snacks, however, we would suggest bringing something along for your lunch.
