A deep journey inwards working with the power of our Breath to access altered states of consciousness.

This provides healing and integration of our nervous system, physical and emotional bodies and creates the space to remember who we truly are as whole beings.

As we breathe in a connected way, we come into our own rhythm, we access our bodies own innate healing power.

Our body remembers what our mind forgets. Our body holds on to past memories, emotions and trauma. When we breathe deep and connected we give ourselves permission to release these suppressed energies from our body, we are able to let go and dissolve all that is no longer ours to hold any more. And when we do so, we create spaciousness and freedom from within.

This is a personal healing journey. Spiritus is a system where we use breath, sound and movement to release stuck, heavy energies from the body to create freedom and liberation within.

During the breathwork you will receive energetic healing and body work to allow the body to shift and move so that you may find harmony within.

Safety is of utmost importance for SPIRITUS. Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes and breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend.

These are:

Pregnancy
High blood pressure
Diagnosed Severe PTSD
Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (antipsychotic)
Detached Retina
Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
Epilepsy
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Cardiovascular problems
History of seizures
Severe Asthma
Heart disease
Heart conditions
Diabetes
Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.

What To Bring For Spiritus

Yoga mat or comfortable mat to lie on for the journey. There are NO yoga mats provided at the venue.
Journal and pen to take notes of any ideas or healing you receive during the ceremony and, also great for integration
Water bottle with good quality drinking water
Bring a comfortable blanket and cushion. We can experience feeling both cold and hot during sound healing.
Wear comfortable clothes, it is important you can relax and the energy isn't restricted during the journey. We ask you to please not wear anything too tight or too short that you feel you cannot move around as needed.

Pre Spiritus Preparation
As breathwork is a high vibrational medicine we encourage you to follow the below guidelines for the day of the Ceremony:

Stay away from caffeine
Eat a healthy early breakfast
Avoid heavy or fried foods during the day, eat as healthy as possible
Please try not to eat within 1 to 2 hours prior to breathwork.
Bring some food you can eat post session.
Make sure you are hydrated with good quality water

Videography Notice
As part of our mission to spread this medicine with the world and normalize the human experience (as I'm sure you've seen with Tim's social media) there are parts of the event that will be photo/videographed. We respect everyone's privacy so if you do not wish to be photo/videographed please let us know on the day.

Final Reminder:
The doors will be LOCKED at 6:30PM for a 6:30PM start time.

If you arrive after this we apologize but we will not open the doors as this disrupts the rest of the Breathwork. We hope you understand if you arrive late we cannot make special arrangements for you.
