Our community could not produce these celebrations and opportunities for people to come together without the help of sponsors.  Thank you for supporting your community and South Plains Leatherfest.

SOUTH PLAINS PLATINUM SPONSOR ($5000)

Five (5) complimentary VIP Event Packages including all four Ballroom Meals and Entertainment and Play Parties, early ballroom and registration entry, VIP gift

or

Six (6) complimentary Standard Event Packages including all four Ballroom Meals and Entertainment and Play Parties

or

Ten (10) complimentary Standard Event Packages including Entertainment and Play Parties

• Guaranteed reservation at the SPLF Host Hotel with priority access to suite reservations (time limited, only available to those who submit early sponsorships).

• Acknowledgment as a South Plains Platinum Sponsor in our printed advertising and event program.

• Stage time to speak about your club or organization and be publicly recognized and thanked.

• Display your name, logo (largest size) and weblink on the website.

• Announcement of Sponsors with your logo included on all PR outlets

• Your group’s name will be recognized and thanked as a sponsor onstage during all ballroom events.

• Your group’s logo will be displayed in a video presentation thanking Sponsors onstage during all ballroom events.

• Your complimentary choice of preferred available day/timeslot for your organization or business to serve as host for a Hospitality Party in the Hospitality Suite. Please submit separate Hospitality Party Proposal.
