Flowing Towards Splits & Flexibility
Join us for a yoga workshop focused on improving flexibility, mobility and strength as you work towards achieving the splits. This session is designed to guide you through a mindful and safe progression, whether you're new to flexibility training or seeking to deepen your practice.
- Guided Warm-Up: Begin with a sequence to awaken your muscles and prepare your body for deeper stretching.
- Targeted Poses: Practice asanas that focus on opening the hips, hamstrings and quadriceps.
- Breathwork Techniques: Use pranayama to release tension and enhance focus throughout the practice.
- Splits Progression: Guidance and modifications to approach your version of the splits with confidence.
This workshop welcomes participants of all levels.
