The splits class with a sparkle. 🍹

Splits and Spritz is a one-hour professional circus coach led stretch class that pairs a signature spritz with two focused stretch sessions designed to get you closer to your splits.

You'll be welcomed with a signature spritz, cocktail or mocktail, your choice which you can sip as we guide you through your stretch session to work through your front and middle splits progressions so you can find your deepest split yet.

No flexibility needed. Whether you're miles from the floor or almost there, we will have options that meet you where you are.
