Spooky Low Flow Heels

In honour of Halloween, we'll dance to a spooky song and get a little weird so feel free to dress up. In this 1 hour dance class, you’ll be guided through a flow choreography that focuses on dancing with and around the base of the pole.

We’ll dive into heels technique, floorwork and transitions, exploring micro-movements, edgework, musicality and control. We’ll focus on the details that make movement feel effortless, intentional and connected.

This class is designed for Intermediate level students and above. You should be confident moving in heels, transitioning between the floor and standing, and have a solid understanding of foundational pole and floorwork techniques.

What to bring:

• Heels; either sandals or boots

• Knee pads

• Water bottle

• A cute outfit
