UQ Biotech Society’s Sports Day is coming in Week 8! Get ready for awesome volleyball matches and social badminton fun with UQBTS! 🤼💫🏆

Event Details:
🗓️Date: Thu 17th April 2025
⏰Time:
1. ⁠⁠Social Badminton: 2-3 pm
2. Volleyball Match : 3-5 pm
📍Location: UQ Sports Centre

Rules for Volleyball Match:
- 15 points per round; 2 rounds per match; in the case of a draw a third round will be added
- 6 players per team (max 3 alumni/academics)
- Alumni/academics players add 2 points to their team’s base score
- Team matchups will be decided by a draw at the start

🔥Form your teams! Our first team has been formed with members from UQBTS and Simon Lake. Looking for 2 teams to battle it out!
🔥Want to be a referee? We are also looking for a volunteer to be a referee for the volleyball matches!

How to Register?
1.⁠ ⁠Volleyball Team : Google forms will be out next week
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Badminton Social : You don’t need to register! Just show up with your best game
3. Volleyball Referee: DM us asap or shoot us an email titled ‘Sports Day Volleyball Referee’
