Event description

Join us for a free mental health reset in honor of Earth Day as we step into spring. This 75-minute virtual webinar will allow each of us to take stock of what we currently have in our mental bandwidth and let go of what no longer serves us.

Spring is the time of year when we begin to emerge from the reflective stillness of the winter season into movement and outward expression. We often make way for movement by taking stock of what we may need to move forward and shedding things that no longer serve us on our path. But what about our mental space?

Led by  Dr. Daniel  Domoleczny, a 2015 graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, the session will include a guided meditation to foster a deeper connection with ourselves and the environment, followed by breathwork practices aimed at release and expression to lead us into the next season.

Whether seeking inspiration, relaxation, or simply a moment of mindfulness, this free 75-minute practice caters to all.

Dr. Daniel will mindfully lead each participant through a guided meditation designed to connect us more deeply to ourselves, the surrounding environment, and the moment. Next, we will be led through a series of guided breathwork practices to aid in release and expression, leaving a sense of openness for inspiration.

No prior experience is necessary, and the event is suitable for all ages and medical conditions. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space and a willingness to participate. Loose, comfortable clothing and eye coverings are suggested for added comfort.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to prioritize your mental well-being. Feel free to forward this invitation to anyone who might be interested.

Our goal is to ensure everyone can afford to attend and benefit from a high-quality, professional mental health reset session, typically costing $200 to $300 per session.

ABOUT POINT ZERO WELLNESS:

Point Zero Wellness, founded by Dr. Daniel Domoleczny, is a medical practice currently treating patients in the Chicagoland area. He has also been hosting meditation and breathwork events, in addition to local and international retreats. His knowledge and experience have helped shape his person and practice.

Daniel’s clinical insights are influenced by his formal training and experience as a personal trainer for over twenty years. In 2015, Dr. Domoleczny began teaching yoga and has been continuing his education for his personal practice as an additional framework for much of what he does in a clinical setting. In 2019, he received his 500-hour yoga teacher training certificate in Universal Yoga.

In 2012, he received teachings on the practice of Shamanism and continues this practice today. Daniel sees patients and provides Spiritual guidance distilled through his practices and learning through numerous guides. All of this yields insight and information on issues that present not just on a physical level but also on the emotional and spiritual levels. In addition to his personal practice and that with patients, he also teaches courses on Shamanism and various ways to build or enrich the Spiritual lives of anyone who may seek out his counsel.

Formal schooling, clinical experience, and a desire to learn have provided Dr. Domoleczny with the tools necessary to illuminate the causes of concern and the ability to explain the steps on the path of becoming whole.  Energetically, his experience with meditative practice and Shamanism has provided him with the awareness to offer guidance on aspects of health when appropriate.  His work as a personal trainer and a Yoga instructor gives him unique insights into a person’s physical structure through movement or lack thereof… Mind, Body, Spirit.

While deployed overseas in the US Army, Dr. Daniel realized a profound truth that laid the path for his life’s work. He advocates for his patients’ increased self-awareness and empowerment to further the quality of their lives. This encompassing yet compassionate approach to his patients and their needs exemplifies why Dr. Daniel chose this path and brings that into his work.

Vision: "The important thing in life is not the triumph, but the struggle" -Pierre de Coubertin.

Mission: Point Zero Wellness is committed to enriching the spiritual lives of anyone who seeks Dr. Domoleczny's counsel and teaching the practice of Shamanism.
