Get ready for 3 action-packed days of basketball at our Lane Cove Holiday Camp #2, held at the Galuwa Recreation Centre. Designed for players aged 6-14, this camp focuses on skill development, game play, and having fun in a supportive and energetic environment.

Lead Coach: Ing Lau

Ing has 25+ years of coaching and playing experience across Australia and Malaysia and a proven record of championship success, elite player development and building winning cultures from junior to professional levels.
As Head Coach of the Inner West Bulls Men in the NBL1 East, he led the Bulls to a winning percentage of 73.8% and rank #1 nationally in turnovers forced. In 2026 he became the Head Coach of the Southern Tigers Men in the NBL1 Central competition and has them playing an up-tempo high-efficiency style that has them top of the league in possessions per game.
Ing is a former ASEAN Basketball League player and Malaysian National Team representative who also played semi-professionally in NSW for the Parramatta Wildcats, Hills Hornets and Hornsby Spiders. He holds a Master of Education (Sports Coaching) from University of Sydney and holds a Level 2 Coaching Accreditation for Basketball Australia and Basketball Malaysia.
His coaching philosophy is to create high-performance environments where athletes thrive through discipline, accountability, and continuous development. Emphasise defensive excellence, basketball IQ, and a team-first mindset to help players and teams achieve sustained success.
David Pereyra

David Pereyra is an internationally recognized basketball coach holding a university degree in Physical Education, with over a decade of experience leading youth programs across various countries. His coaching expertise spans all levels of mini-basketball and youth basketball, mentoring players aged 6 to 23 in both male and female categories across Argentina, Spain, and Australia.
In Argentina, David coached at state and privately operated sports training schools in municipalities such as Mendiolaza and Villa Allende, and dedicated 10 years to coaching at Club Instituto Leon XIII, including two years directing the first female category. During his tenure in Spain, he served as an assistant coach in Casteldefels, focusing on the Boys U15 category for two months.
David’s coaching philosophy is centred on skill enhancement, fostering teamwork, and nurturing a deep passion for basketball among young athletes.
Harold Talan

With experience as both a collegiate and professional player, Harold has competed for the Philippines National University and Lyceum of the Philippines, before playing professionally in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL), FIBA 3x3 Philippines, and AsiaBasket Malaysia. His strong playing background provides valuable insight into high-performance environments and athlete development pathways.
As a coach, Harold has worked across elite junior programs in Australia, including the MIC Academy in Melbourne, Elite NSW U14 Camps and international competitions through the Philipino National Basketball Training Centre. His coaching highlights include leading the Maharlika Bears U16 team to Summer Competition and JOFlow Winter League championships. Harold is passionate about developing players within representative and high-performance pathways.
Chol Adup

Chol is a current professional player in the NBL1 with Syndey Comets. His college career included playing at NCAA school, Colorado Christian University and Southwest Christian Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas. He's also gained professional playing experience overseas.
As a coach with a strong background in developing athletes at multiple levels, he's passionate about the next generation of basketball players. He's a current senior coach at Australian basketball powerhouse, Newington College and also applies his trade at Hoops Capital Academy, the development pathway connected to the Sydney Kings. Chol is the Director and Head Coach of DNA Basketball, where he focusses on creating opportunities and helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
His goal as a coach is to use his playing experience and knowledge of the game to help each player reach their full potential, both on and off the court.
