Join Kala Dyuthi Academy of Indian Classical Dance with this Bharatanatyam session for 6 to 11 year olds

Step into the world of Bharatanatyam, one of India's oldest and most beautiful classical dance forms. This beginner friendly session introduces children to the basic movements, expressions, hand gestures and rhythms that make Bharatanatyam unique.

Participants will learn simple dance steps, explore storytelling through movement and gain confidence while experiencing a rich cultural art form in a fun, welcoming and supportive environment. No prior dance experience is required.

Perfect for children who are curious about dance, culture and creative movement. Everyone is welcome. Suitable for ages 6 to 11.

Please use the waiting list if class is full

Click on the blue button to the right (when registrations open) and choose the correct ticket for the age and complete the registration questions. You will receive a confirmation email from Humanitix.

Add the session to your calendar - Please note the time of your class and only book if you are planning on attending.

Cancel your ticket through Humanitix as early as possible if you can't attend.

These sessions are designed for specific age groups - for safety and fun. Please book in the correct age group class, registrations outside of the age group will be cancelled.

Please bring:

a drink bottle with water
wear comfortable clothing you can be active in
Trainers (this is a Come and Try session, so no specific gear is needed)
