Join in a beginner gymnastics class with Flip Gymnastics Williams Landing for boys and girls aged 5 to 7 and 8 to 12 years.

Learn to balance, jump and roll in this fun beginner class. From forward rolls to bunny hops, handstands and star jumps, kids will learn basic movement and coordination skills.

Please note there are two sessions for girls and boys. Please register your child in the correct class - they have been designed for their age group to keep kids safe, learning and having fun. Any registrations outside of this age will be cancelled.

If you enjoy the session, chat to the coaches to find out how you can carry on.

Please bring:

a drink bottle with water
wear comfortable clothing you can be active in
Trainers (this is a Come and Try session, so no specific gear is needed)
