ABOUT THE DAY

Join us for a one-day immersion into the elements, a hands-on journey through Air, Fire, Water, and Earth.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore the alchemy of medicine making, learning simple and effective ways to craft remedies that support balance and vitality.

Together we’ll create one herbal preparation for each element:

• Air : Incense

• Fire : Hay fever tincture

• Water : lymphatic Syrup

• Earth : Insect repellent balm

This workshop offers a practical introduction to elemental herbalism blending creativity, connection, and grounded learning.

FACILITATED BY

The School of Elemental Herbalism is a grassroots education space dedicated to reconnecting people with the living intelligence of plants and the natural world. Rooted in the understanding that herbalism is a way of life, the school offers immersive, hands-on learning through the lens of the elements Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.

All facilitators are mentored and trained by Lily of the Herbs.
