Spring Awakening: Acupuncture + Meditation
Description
SPRING AWAKENING
Join Acupuncturist Jess Smith and Meditation Teacher + Coach Natalia Parker for a beautiful Sunday morning combining guided meditation and acupuncture, creating space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and notice what has been shifting, growing or coming alive within you.
We will begin by slowing everything down through meditation and gentle breathwork, settling the nervous system, coming back into the body and creating space between ourselves and the constant noise of everyday life. From there you'll be invited to simply rest and receive as acupuncture supports the body's natural processes of balance and restoration.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is associated with the Wood element. A season of growth, movement and expansion. It is also connected with the Liver and Gallbladder systems and smooth flow of Qi throughout the body. Acupuncture offers an opportunity to support balance, encourage flow and create space for what is ready to move forward.
There is nothing you need to achieve, fix or figure out. Just two hours to step away from the doing, reconnect with yourself and notice what might be ready to emerge. We'll finish the morning gently with tea and light refreshments, giving you time to land and enjoy the space before heading back into your Sunday.
Pairing acupuncture with guided meditation, SPRING AWAKENING invites us to work with the season rather than rushing through it. Slowing down enough to notice what has shifted, what may still feel stuck, and what we're ready to carry with us into Summer.
