Celebrate Welcoming Week with a day of free family fun at Encircle Community Services' 4th Annual Spring Carnival!

Welcoming Week is about bringing organisations and communities together to build strong connections and celebrate the vibrant and inclusive community we have here in Moreton Bay. 

This year's Spring Carnival is proudly delivered in partnership with ETC Parent Pathways, who are joining us to help create an inclusive, welcoming event that connects families with local support, services and opportunities.

Bring the whole family along for an exciting community celebration filled with entertainment, activities and opportunities to connect with local services and organisations.

🚗 Getting to the Spring Carnival – Parking & Spring Carnival Bus

Parking around Encircle Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre is limited, so we encourage attendees to use the dedicated event parking area.

🅿️ Event Parking:
Park at the vacant lot beside Pine Rivers Special School on Lawnton Pocket Road.

🚌 Free Shuttle Bus:
A shuttle bus will run approx every 15 minutes from 9:00am–3:00pm, taking you directly to Encircle Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre and back to the parking area when you are ready to leave.

♿ Accessible Parking:
Limited accessible parking is available at Encircle Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre for people who require it.
