The Ripple Effect and Sunrise Sisterhood are so excited to welcome you to a morning of community connection to awaken the body mind and soul as we celebrate spring together!

We are joining forces to bring a fusion of our best just for you ;

🧘🏼Sunrise Yoga

🌬️Breathwork (no experience necessary)

🕺 Silent Disco

🧊Ice Bath (option to cheer from the sideline)

This is a mixed gender event that will have you buzzing with life, put a spring in your step and send ripples of goodness into your life.

🎧 Using Silent Sound Headsets you'll enjoy every word, breath and beat, immersed in your own little bubble of peace and fun. (Due to headset numbers, spaces are strictly limited.)

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before our start time to settle in to the space.

After our session we will connect for coffee and chats.

Please bring along :

•A yoga mat &/or towel

•Water

•Swimwear (under your clothes) for the ice bath or post session swim

•Layers for comfort

*Session precautions - Breathwork and cold exposure have some contraindications. Please let us know if you have any medical or mental health conditions, you experience PTSD or chronic anxiety or depression, if you are pregnant or taking any regular medications so we can share appropriate alternatives &/or extra support if required.
