Event description

This spring, dive into the world of flavour-packed dips with our hands-on Dips Galore workshop! Join us in our zero-waste kitchen in the heart of the Queen Victoria Market at the Purpose Precinct for a fun, interactive class where you’ll learn to make two unique dips using seasonal ingredients and creative flavour combinations.

What you can expect:
🥑 Gain a fresh perspective on leftovers and the circular food system
🥑  In this class, you’ll create two different dips: one using premade purees and bases for an easy yet flavorful creation, and the other where you’ll be actively involved in making the base from scratch as a group. Each participant will take home their own portion of the second dip to finish and enjoy at home.
🥑 From classic hummus to beet and coconut yoghurt dip, onion dip with whole egg mayo and yoghurt, to babaganoush and muhamara, you’ll explore a variety of flavour profiles.
🥑 Learn how to use what you have on hand to create dips with minimal food waste, using seasonal ingredients and creative pantry staples.
