A 2.5-Hour Journey of Relaxation and Renewal
Join Jae for a 2.5-hour Deep Rest class in harmony with the the season of spring & the wood element, designed to release stress and nourish your nervous system as we transition seasons. Through breath-work, tea, somatic movement, guided reflection, yin yoga, and a Reiki relaxation journey, we’ll reset your energy and ease your mind—together.
