Spring Equinox Cacao Ceremony 29 September

Join us for a Spring Equinox Cacao Ceremony at 2pm on Sunday 29th September at Casa Amor Wellness in Mount Maunganui.

As a time of more light lies ahead, the spring (or vernal) equinox symbolises newness approaching, a period of change and renewal, a rebirth after the stillness of winter. Work in harmony with the rhythms of the Earth and harness its energy ~ use it to reflect, reconnect, and re-frame.

We will be connecting through Kakao Drinking Chocolate, guided breathwork, gentle meditation, journaling and plenty of opportunity to share with one another. 

Doors open from 1:30pm onwards with the ceremony beginning at 2pm sharp.
