Spring Equinox Collective Cleanse & Retreat
Event description
This is a full day private experience specifically for the MoN Temple Collective to honor the transition into Spring through collective cleansing, holistic healing practices, and shared reflection.
Join us for the Rebirth: Spring Equinox Collective Cleanse & Retreat, designed to reset the mind, body, and spirit in alignment with the new season and nature’s new year. Guests are invited to engage in a liquid cleanse centering nourishing, plant-based, organic ingredients through juices, smoothies, tea, elixirs, and any medicinal liquids. (Feel free to modify to what form of cleansing works for you: overall liquid, water fast, raw food, or fasting from food entirely)
Guests will provide their own ingredients or prepared items and are welcome to juice or blend ingredients onsite (appliances will be provided). Tea and water will also be available.
The day is thoughtfully crafted to promote holistic balance, allowing you to reconnect with yourself, and align with the natural rhythms of the earth. Cleansing as a collective is especially powerful as we can offer each other support and accountability through the challenging symptoms that may arise as we exercise the discipline to abstain from eating. (Cravings, emotional purging, energetic sensitivity etc.)
As we cleanse we allow the digestive system to rest & restore, eliminate toxins, increase vitamin and nutrient intake, and fortify the immune system. Cleansing is also known to be an act of spiritual devotion and can amplify connection to higher guidance and spiritual gifts, as well as enhance mental and emotional clarity. As we step into the new season we cleanse to release any energies we want to let go (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually) to call forth more of what we desire.
