An Evening of Art, Meditation, Movement & Connection

Join us for a soulful, heart-opening evening as we gather to celebrate the Spring Equinox through creativity, meditation, music, and movement. This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with the seasonal shift and each other! One of Nurtur Tea's beautiful tea will also be served.

✨ What to Expect

Our evening unfolds in four intuitive stages designed to gently awaken your inner artist and guide you deeper into connection:

1. Yogic Breathwork & Yoga Movement
   
   We begin with a nourishing Tea, grounding Yogic Breath and gentle yoga to help you connect inward and open the creative channel. You’ll be held in the soothing sounds of live hand pan music by Kate, setting a peaceful, heart-centered tone.
   

2. Creative Expression: Rebirth, Renewal, New Beginnings
   Each participant begins to work on their canvas, inspired by the magic of the equinox, oracle cards and seasonal symbolism. And so begins the need to release perfectionism, to let things be as they are and to just enjoy the freedom the artist inside you craves!
   

3. Education: Working with the Wood Season TCM
   
   Whilst you continue to express freely on your canvas I will share some Naturopathic knowledge on how best to support your body through the Equinox though Diet and Lifestyle, open to Questions
   

4. Closing & Integration
   
   We’ll circle back with a moment of reflection, music, and movement, grounding your experience and honoring what has emerged. You’ll leave with a truly unique piece of art—as a reminder of this shared creative journey.

🎨 All art supplies are provided: canvas, paints, and brushes, but feel free to bring along anything you have in mind

What to Bring:

• Any personal crystals, oracle cards, or sacred items you’d like to use or share
  

• A cushion and yoga mat to sit or lie on comfortably
  

• Clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on
  

• An open heart and a willingness to play
