As we welcome the arrival of spring, join us for a nurturing day of connection, creativity and new beginnings.

The Spring Equinox marks a time of balance, renewal and growth. An opportunity to pause, reflect on what we wish to leave behind and make space for what we would like to welcome into our lives.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of The Garden Hall, Carshalton EcoLocal, this retreat offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and set intentions for the season ahead.

Throughout the day, we'll explore:

• Cacao & Landing Ceremony – Arrive, settle and connect with the present moment.

• Vision Board Creating – Explore your hopes, dreams and intentions through creativity.

• Sharing Circle – A welcoming space for reflection, connection and shared experiences.

• Planting Seeds of Manifestation – A symbolic ritual of planting your intentions and nurturing new beginnings.

• Sound Bath Meditation – Rest deeply and unwind through the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls.

• Reiki – A gentle energy-based practice offering an opportunity for deep relaxation, stillness and restoration.

• Mindfulness – Gentle practices to cultivate awareness, presence and connection.

No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to give yourself this time.
