With the arrival of Spring, it is the perfect time to sow our seeds of light. We invite you to plant your intention in the soil of your unfurling garden.

Dance in the newness, cherish the promise that the days are getting longer and the sun is getting warmer.

This event brings together the unique gifts of three healers — Jaz, Caroline, and Robyn — who will hold space for transformation through a blend of sound healing, reiki, light language, and angelic sound codes.

This immersive group experience is designed to support your energetic body, soothe the nervous system, enable your own healing abilities to shine, and help you reconnect with your own intuitive rhythm.

What to Expect:

Deep sound healing with instruments and voice

Reiki energy and hands-on or distance support

Receive seed codes to awaken great potential and expansion

Light language transmissions

Angelic sound codes and guided energetic work

A shared sacred space

What to Bring:

A yoga mat (or several, please make sure you’re going to be comfortable on a wooden floor. Some people bring a mattress topper or several blankets or extra pillows to support their backs)

A blanket and pillow (or anything to keep you cozy)

An object for the group altar if you wish (e.g. crystal, photo, small item with meaning)

Water bottle

Open heart and willingness to receive

Note - on the day we will have the option for participants to consent or not consent to hands-on, physical touch healing.

Sound has been the biggest constant in my life, and my mother is a healer (Robyn), so it was a natural transition for me to become a sound healer. The wonderful thing about working with sound to heal people is that every ripple finds the most resonant home in the receiver, wherever their system needs it most. Sound and vibration have altered my life for the better, and it is my intention to facilitate the same profound shifts for others.
Caroline

With over 25 years of sharing Reiki and initiating students under her belt, Caroline lives and breathes Reiki and energetic healing. She combines her knowledge and understanding of Reiki, energy healing and support from beings in spirit with other modalities such as craniosacral therapy and soul coaching. She also has angelic sound codes in her system, which she occasionally uses to help people heal.
Robyn

I work directly with your oversoul to release what no longer serves you, to ignite healing wisdom from within, and to create a deep sense of inner peace and love. Over my 20+ years of energy healing, my work has evolved and grown to now be more intuitively led, so that real shifts flow with ease.

My name is Jaz. I was raised on classic rock, danced all through my childhood, and grew up playing in rock and indie bands. Sound has been the biggest constant in my life.

I pursued a career in music management and administration, but I soon reached a point of toxic productivity and burn-out after three years of study and almost two years working in the industry. After leaving my job with no back up plan, I applied for job after job in the music world, still chasing the very path that took me to this point. After one last rejection letter, I decided to look at things differently.

My mother is an energy healer, and has been for all of my life. Being on the receiving end of her and her beautiful circle of healer friends all my life was a major source of support in all of my pursuits. I loved being a part of their magic, but I never saw myself creating the magic with them.

At the end of my tether with the endless job applications in an industry that felt so thankless to me, a thought crept into my head about using music to help people.

What if I married two massive parts of my life, sound and healing. Long story short, I became a qualified sound and energy healer within the month.

Since then, I’ve been honing my practice, picking up new skills through some beautiful collaborations, offering monthly Sound Bath healings in multiple locations, and training in more exciting modalities, to expand my healing and space-holding toolbox! The future is bright. I’m endlessly grateful that I’ve found a career that brings joy and healing to my clients, my community, my collaborators, my mentors, and myself.

Sound healing has altered my life for the better, and it is my intention to facilitate the same profound shifts for others.
