Step into balance, renewal and possibility as we gather in sacred circle for the Spring Equinox.

Together, we’ll honour the turning of the seasons with:
✨ Grounding meditation & movement to awaken the body
✨ Journaling & reflection on what you’re ready to release and call in
✨ A seed planting ritual to anchor your intentions for the months ahead
✨ Heart-centred sharing and connection with like-minded women

This is your invitation to pause, reflect and realign with nature’s rhythm, shedding the heaviness of winter and opening to the light of spring.

🌸 No previous circle experience needed. Come as you are, all you need is an open heart.

Bring: a journal + pen and (optional) a flower or item for the group altar.

We’ll also close the circle with organic tea/coffee & small snacks giving you space to connect, share & nourish in sisterhood. 💖

Each circle draws on the real-life challenges and desires I witness in my clinic: from self-care and intuition to abundance, sisterhood and purpose. With Holistic Kinesiology, rituals and guided practices, you’ll embody these teachings long after our circle ends.
