Step into the new season with a nurturing sound healing journey designed to reset your energy and welcome renewal. As we cross the threshold into Spring, this 75-minute session will support you in releasing the heaviness of winter and aligning with the lighter, brighter energy ahead.

Through the calming resonance of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and guided meditation setting, you’ll be invited into deep rest and gentle transformation. Breathwork and simple grounding practices will help clear stagnant energy and open space for clarity, peace, and presence.

Held in the peaceful setting of A State of Grace Sanctuary, this event is an opportunity to reconnect with your inner rhythm and the natural world around you.

What to Bring

To support your comfort and deepen your experience, please bring the following:

• A blanket and cushion – while yoga mats are provided, you’ll be lying still for periods of time, and extra layers will help keep you warm.

• Warm clothing and socks – your body temperature can drop during rest.

• An item from nature (optional) – if you feel called, you’re welcome to bring a small natural object (like a leaf, pine cone, or gum nut) to place on the nature table as a symbolic offering.

• Please avoid wearing perfume or strong scents, as some participants may be sensitive.

• Switch your phone to silent or off upon arrival to support a peaceful and undisturbed space.

• Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in so we can begin on time.

After the event, I invite you to stay & share in some light refreshments to celebrate the Spring Equinox.
