Spring Equinox Walking Workshop
Event description
As we welcome the return of spring, join us for a calming, nature based workshop to reconnect with nature and align with the rhythms of the season.
This 2 hour interactive ‘walk-shop’ begins with a guided walk through the CERES gardens, honouring the changing seasons and our own inner rhythms.
Centering on the themes of balance and rebirth as part of the upcoming Spring Equinox, you will join a guided mediation and facilitated reflection session. Together we will explore ways to reconnect with nature and how we can create meaningful nature rituals for ourselves.
In the session you will:
★ Learn about the seasonal shifts in flora, fauna and food, and discover spring’s significance across cultures
★ Explore different traditional Spring Equinox practices and simple ways to live in relationship with the seasons
★ Enjoy grounding, sensory exercises to connect with the natural elements
★ Gather indoors for a guided meditation, reflection session and an intention setting ritual
★ Plant your own symbolic seed to take home
Spots are limited! Book now to secure your place.
Hosted by Lady Bijou, a local seasonal guide, workshop facilitator and tarot reader. Lady Bijou’s practice centres on reconnection and they are passionate about helping people find meaning and grounding through nature, spirituality, and self-reflection.
Meeting place: CERES Main Entrance Courtyard, outside the Merri Cafe.
