The season of Spring brings new beginnings and growth. The Spring Equinox, known as Ostara in Celtic tradition, is one of the two days in the year where we experience equal day and equal night. It marks mid-spring in the seasonal cycle and invites us into balance as we journey between the depths of Winter and the peak of Summer. An opportunity for us to create awareness around the imbalances in our lives and where we can call in and create balance.Â
In more depth we will explore and welcome in balance through...
Cyclical Wisdom
We will dive deeper into how we can harness the energy of the seasonal phase of the cycle (Spring Equinox) for a deeper attunement to ourselves. Tuning into the balancing energy of the equinox.Â
Somatic Movement, Bodily Wisdom & Embodied Meditation
Through the portal of the physical body we will connect to the more deeper and subtle sensations of our internal landscape.
Journalling
An embodiment tool to connect deeper to what is alive within us, call in all that we desire and support the alchemical process of energy.
We will journey with the plant medicine cacao, supporting our hearts to be open and connected to the grounding element of earth.
