Join us in sacred circle as we honour the Spring Equinox… a time of renewal, balance, and blossoming. Together, we’ll celebrate the vibrant energy of spring through drumming, singing, and connection, welcoming harmony and awakening the wisdom within.

This is a space for women to be seen, heard, and held. No experience is needed, just an open heart. You’re welcome to lend your voice to the simple songs and ancestral chants, or simply relax and soak in the inspiring beats, voices and harmonies. Let the rhythms ground you, the songs uplift you, and the shared energy reconnect you.

We’ll close the evening with a nurturing sound bath, inviting deep relaxation and integration as we align with the new season’s energy.

For women aged over 16 years

What to bring:

• Your drum (don’t worry if you don’t have one, we’ll have drums and percussion instruments to share)

• A cushion to sit on

• Any blankets or pillows to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath (the venue is carpeted)

• A journal and pen
