This spring equinox women's circle is designed to be a calming and safe space for you to blossom. To take yourself on a sacred inner journey. To reconnect to yourself and other women around you. To remember who you are and what you want.

This circle includes:

• Cacao Ceremony - to help you attune to your heart and journey inward
• Guided Meditation - Too help you feel grounded and to settle your nervous system
• Inner reflection - Some journal prompts to deepen your journey inward, understand what seeds you want to plant and how you want to blossom throughout the upcoming season
• Connection Circle - To share and reflect with the women around you

What to bring:

• Something from nature to add to the altar
• Your journal and pen
• Your favorite mug for cacao

A few other things to note:

• Wear comfortable clothing
• Bring an open mind and curious heart
