Spring Fair, Orchid and Bonsai Show

Let's talk plants!

Enjoy a day of immersing yourself in nature. See the stunning displays by Australasian Native Orchid Society and Newcastle Bonsai Society as well as the Tropical and Temperate Orchid Houses at the Gardens.

Book onto our 7-seat buggy for specific gardens talks every half hour from 10:15 am - by donation. Grevilleas, Rainforest, Succulents and more.

There will be specialist talks in the Garden Room throughout the day

For the kids:

- take part in our fairy tea party (dress up if you like) in the Enchanted Garden

- become a 'junior botanist'

- kid's planting activity

Entertainment by Jumpin' Jukebox

Food - sausage sizzle, Kookaburra Cafe (pies, cakes) or bring a picnic

Stalls by Sustainable Natives, Food Forest Plants and more (we will add more in the weeks to come)

Raffle - drawn on 25th October - 1st prize - 2 nights accommodation in Lemon Tree Passage + Koala Sanctuary family pass, 2nd prize - family passes to Animal Adventures + Koala Sanctuary, 3rd prize - $100 gift voucher to The Stables Restaurant + family pass to Koala Sanctuary. Tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10.
