Spring Fitness and Flowers
Event description
Join us on the farm this spring for two of our favorite things, Fitness and Flowers! We are having a five week session every Monday beginning April 21. Each class will begin with a 35-40 minute workout led by Christa Hannon. The first 3 weeks will be Barre and the last 2 weeks will be Strength and Conditioning. Barre Above blends the latest exercise science delivering a fusion of ballet, Pilates and strength training in each workout. It's a total body workout anyone can do. We use compound movements with light weights to work the whole body. For the Strength and Conditioning weeks we use heavier weights and have strength and short cardio blocks. Following the workout Jamie will have a flower bar set up with different spring flowers each week. You will get to create your own handheld bouquet to take home wrapped in craft paper. Class is held above our pond on a lovely grass field. For class, please bring a yoga mat, light weights, and water bottle. Tickets are by the week so make sure you purchase all 5 (or as many as you can attend). All supplies for flowers are provided.
