Longer days, warmer temperatures, plants and sprouts are growing - spring is here! We witness how nature starts to wake up and revives - just as much as we do.
There's a release, an awakening and an expansion as we move on from the cold contraction of winter. We greet this energetic new season with an invitation to shift from the darkness into renewing light and freshness. In spring we are met with an opportunity for movement and change, the season invites us to step forwards, outwards and to expand. Let's welcome this abundant space, warmth and vibrancy, opening movement and possibility!

In celebration of the spring equinox - a significant time of renewal, rebirth, and growth - we gather at the beautiful Lotus yoga centre in Paraparaumu (Kapiti coast, north of Wellington) for a nourishing day combining:

🌼 supporting pranayama breathing exercises
🧚‍♀️ well deserved time to yourself as well as uplifting group vibes
🎵 wonderful spring tunes and seasonal scents
🌤 blissful time in nature (weather allowing) with guided mindfulness

🍃 lighthearted, uplifting moments with others as well as serenity and stillness to nourish yourself
🌻 new intentional spring impulses through coaching tools to charge you up for the rest of the year
💚 intentional energetic shifts towards new habits, personal expansion and supported wellbeing

WHERE
Our day retreat takes place at the wonderful Lotus Yoga Centre: the venue is modern, spacious and offers amazing views into the lush bush around and over the beautiful Kapiti coast. The Centre can easily be reached by car (plenty of parking on the grounds) and by train.WHO

please bring your own vegetarian lunch for our midday break
