Spring Growing Class and Fireside Picnic

It's winter and the ideal time to be planning our spring garden. 

So why not snuggle up after a morning of planning and sowing, imagining and growing here in the organic garden, and enjoy a fireside picnic.

We are plotting a fun day out with a focus on productive, organic gardens. 

You'll discover what to plant now, and where to get your plants and seeds from for your new or renovated patch.

You'll prep a garden for spring and feel confident to do it once you get home as well. 

You'll sow vegies, edible flowers and fruits that will start producing in just weeks, so when you take that knowledge home, you can enjoy growing your own home grown food too.   

Learn how to use both organic and biodynamic methods in your garden to produce the healthiest food and a clean and vibrant environment. 

And enjoy a picnic lunch and billy tea (chai tea with edible flowers of course) by the fireside - I'm thinking a simple but wholesome menu of deliciousness from the garden like hearty soup, home cooked bread or scones, winter warming salad and perhaps floral teacake or elderberry donuts. What ever seasonal produce from the garden that we enjoy, you know you are going to go home replete, tenderised by the soul warming spread at the firepit after a morning of green thumb inspiration.
