Glass Studio Open House & Demonstrations

Join us at Foci Minnesota Center for Glass Arts for our Spring Open House on Saturday May 31, 2025 from 1pm-4pm!

This event is a great chance to visit our nonprofit studio, view different glass art techniques in process by local artists, ask questions about the process, and see what might be a good fit for you! Expect to see glassblowing, stained glass, kilnforming, flameworking, neon bending, and coldworking processes in action. RSVP is not required, but encouraged. No entry fee, free and open to the public!

Demonstrating Glass Artists

• Beadmaking: Chuck Burton (Burton Art Studios) and Jane Magyar, located in the Flame Shop
• Flameworking: Patricia Punykova (@punykova), located in the Flame Shop
• Glassblowing: Jenn Justad (@justadglass) and (Abbey Uffelman (Gaga Glass), located in the Hot Shop
• Kilnforming (Fusing & Slumping): Diane Petron, located in the Kiln Shop
• Neon Bending: Erik Burt, located in the Flame Shop
• Stained Glass: Sarah Horning (Sarahberry Glass), located in the Classroom
