Get ready for the high tea event of the Season!  The Illawarra Women’s Health Centre today announced it is holding the inaugural Spring Racing Old Bags High Tea as a fundraiser for its much-needed services.

The fundraising event is set to delight guests with an unforgettable experience on Friday 9 August 2024 in the Bert Lillye Lounge, Kembla Grange Racecourse. Headlining the event will be renowned celebrity dessert chef, Anna Polyviou, known for her extraordinary pastry creations and dynamic presence in the culinary world. With her Rockstar flair and rebellious edge, Anna Polyviou makes sweet dreams come alive.

The Spring Racing Old Bags High Tea is not just a culinary extravaganza, it is also a vital fundraising event supporting the Illawarra Women’s Health Centre and Dressed for Success. The event promises to be spectacular with chef Polyviou's unique touch, bringing her unique flair and expertise to create a high tea menu that will have guests salivating.

On the day, guests can bring a pre-loved handbag (in excellent condition) or a new handbag to donate to Dress for Success to support another woman as she starts her next chapter.
