Take an afternoon just for you, at the Spring Renewal Day Retreat at beautiful Peppermint Bay Hotel, in Woodbridge.

Join local yoga teachers Lyn Liddell and Danielle Bendall for a wonderful afternoon of yoga, sound, connection and beauty.

The afternoon will be designed to feel spacious and nourishing, with time to move your body, to rest, listen and connect.

Looking out at the channel from the soaring windows of Peppermint Bay Hotel will help bring you into the present moment and in contact with nature all around you.

Our afternoon starts with a slow flowing, gentle yoga practice with Danielle from Santosha Yoga Australia. We will break for a delicious afternoon tea and cuppa, which will give you a chance to chat and connect with friends new and old. We will finish with a calming yin practice and sound bath with Lyn from Yoga With Lyn.

We’ve deliberately timed this event for the point in the year when life starts to speed up. This is for you if you want to reach the end of the year feeling ready rather than rushed, balanced rather than all-over-the-place, and calm rather than chaotic.

You don’t have to be a regular yoga practitioner; Lyn and Danielle are experienced teachers who can skilfully adapt each pose to the unique bodies in front of them.

Mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring your own bolster if you have one. If you need us to supply one, let us know in the booking form.
