Event description

Come and join Ali for a Spring Reset so you can get clear moving forward into the new season. 

A perfect day to nurture yourself, to reset your mind and body, through the practice of being present in nature allowing everyday distractions to fade so you can spend time coming back to you. 

Starting the day in nature with mediation and breath work followed by a beautiful Vinyasa Yoga slow flow.

Time for silence in nature, walking or journalling (or both!) followed by a nourishing lunch made with local produce.

The afternoon will include mantra and a yin yoga practice. 

This day is the perfect way to start the season of spring feeling more connected to your heart and clear on your intentions.
