An experiential and educational afternoon of holistic self-care and wellness for women, incorporating nourishing and nurturing self-care practices and a beautiful self-love kit to take home.

This unique afternoon of beauty and wellness leads you through three key components:

1. A sensory self-care ritual to awaken the senses, tune into who you are: body, mind and breath, and to your heart, sense of self-love and intentions you wish to set.

2. A gentle and easeful yin-restorative yoga practice to relax, replenish and bring balance and calm to mind, body and nervous system, finishing with a guided relaxation and the healing sound of crystal sound bowls and koshi chimes.

3. A learn-to-love-the-skin-you-are-in simple but beautiful home skincare regime where you learn to gift yourself a loving and lifting self-facial massage with delicious plant based oils and the art and science of Gua Sha.

These three components collectively brought together in this 2.5 hour learn as you experience workshop, will empower you with self-care and self-love tools and simple homecare rituals that you can incorporate into your own self-care regime and have you leaving with skin, body, mind and spirit, nourished, nurtured, uplifted and glowing.

The afternoon completes with a heartfelt tea ceremony, time for inner reflection, group connection and a healthy light refreshment before you head home with your own self-love gift to continue selfcare at home.
