SUMMER Reset Retreat: A Work/Life Recharge
Event description
The Reset Retreat is for anyone with clients, customers, or colleagues. Our diverse alumni include financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, philanthropic advisors, therapists, coaches, technology specialists, and more.
You'll learn how to cultivate the qualities of mind and essential communication skills that lead to wellbeing and success at work, helping you get to the heart of your most important relationships.
Enjoy an overnight retreat experience in the breathtaking Marin Headlands on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, offering a space to unplug, be present, and rediscover the essence of you and your gifts. This is an amazing opportunity to cultivate your most valuable asset — your presence — and build a work life that's successful on your own terms.
Benefits of This Retreat:
- Elevate your work-life through effective daily practices & routines.
- Shift from a mindset of fear and scarcity to one of "Enough," which is where our boundless potential lies.
- Immerse yourself in a community that fosters compassionate insight and collaboration. (Studies show that we learn most from people outside our everyday inner circles.)
The Experience:
Mindful Actions: You’ll learn how to develop actionable daily routines tailored to grow your business, with a specific focus on what’s within your control and what’s easily doable.
Inner Alchemy: Let go of external “scores” or benchmarks and reorient towards a deep sense of trust in your own unfolding journey. You’ll learn how to measure success through your efforts, rather than external results. That’s where real freedom—and progress—begin.
Embodied Presence: Learn the subtleties of living in the organic flow of your business so that you find joy and satisfaction in the process of building your business, while also embracing equanimity and befriending what "is."
Circles of Wisdom: Engage with seasoned peers in an atmosphere of safety and openness, where you draw from the collective wisdom.
“Connecting with others in such an authentic and deep way during this retreat has had, and will continue to have, a very positive impact on how I relate to my clients and to my team. Numbers matter in what we do, but a caring, engaged presence matters so much more.”
– MAUREEN
Activities to Transform Your Approach to Work, and Life:
Emotional Intelligence Training: Deepen your capacity to experience empathy, compassion, and attunement to others through evidence-based communication exercises.
Dialogue Circles: Dive into topics that will challenge and inspire you. Share, listen, and reveal what’s blocking or nurturing your fullest expression.
Meditation: Immerse yourself in short practices and experiential activities that allow you to shift into a deeply restful state through the activation of your parasympathetic nervous system (this is a very relaxed AND alert state of being)
Nature Hikes: Experience nature as the backdrop for heart-centered business and life conversations.
Silent Beach Walk: A concluding walk that is an invitation to integrate and embody what you’ve learned.
“Spencer Sherman is the best teacher I have ever had. Zero ego. This program is great for anyone."
