The Efflorescent Mother is a unique intertwining of @lunarisingwellness Creative Art Therapy and Women's Circles & @tonic_fields Nature Based Therapy and Functional Nutrition.

Our seasonal retreats weave expressive and mindful creativity and nature connection with sacred space holding and ritual. They are designed to nurture mothers and the women of our modern day villages.

You will feel safe and supported on your journey, blooming gently into the next beautiful cycle of your growth. Together, we’ll ground, share, express, create, sip, snack and connect — surrounded by the wild beauty and serenity of Kincumba Mountain.

Step into the soft unfolding of spring and return to yourself , ready to blossom in your "year of growth" 🌱

🌀 What to Expect:

• A women's circle to share (always optional), reflect, connect, be held and seen in safety by the sisterhood in sacred circle

• Guided meditations and gentle seasonal rituals to welcome spring and prompt reflection and foster connection to your intuition as well as provide mindful relaxation

• Pulling oracle cards to connect to your intuition, receive universal wisdom and guidance for your season of growth this spring

• Nourishing organic herbal teas and a nutritious afternoon tea lovingly prepared by a functional nutritionist to help you to bloom from the inside out

• Mindful Creative practices including:

  • Crafting flower crowns so that you can feel like the divine earth goddess that you truly are and deepen your connection to nature as you create intuitively and mindfully

  • Herb dryers to honour the abundance beginning to emerge, and to prepare space in our homes and lives for gathering, preserving, and savouring that growth throughout the seasons

  • Herb + intention planting to mark your personal season of new growth, this ritual will support and inspire you to sprout your intentions for the year ahead

  • A mixed media dream artwork: "A Year of Growth" to carry your visions through the year, encouraging self expression and manifestation of your dreams because you absolutely deserve it!

This retreat is open to mothers and women of all stages of life—mothers, aunts, friends, grandmothers and daughters (10+).

Newborns/pre crawling babes are always welcome too.

The Efflorescent Mother is a space to be held, inspired, connected and nourished in community. You don’t need to be "artistic" — just open to creating from the heart.
