TERMS & CONDITIONS (please read carefully): - Your child must be between 5 and 12 years old to participate. Caregivers are required to remain with their child(ren) for the duration of the activity. - There are a total of 9 sessions during the Activity Period. Each child can partake in one session ONLY so please choose carefully. Multiple bookings for the same child during the Activity Period will result in your bookings being cancelled. - An adult-to-child ratio of 1:3 applies - one adult (over 18 years old) to a maximum of 3 children. This allows caregivers to provide sufficient assistance to their child(ren) and helps our staff run the event smoothly. - Please note pizza making ingredients may contain allergens. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your booking or notify Concierge on 09 978 9711 if you are running late. Please note, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your booked session, your space may be offered to someone else. If you are no longer able to make your booking, please cancel it to allow other families to book your space. You can cancel your booking by clicking Manage Order through your confirmation email.
