Spring Equinox Sound Healing with Mother Nature's Orchestra Currumbin Valley Harvest – Sunday 20th September, 4:00pm to 5:15pm
Come along and join us at Currumbin Valley Harvest for a very special Sound Healing — to welcome the new season. A truely transformative experience.
The beloved duo Neil McLeod and David Bennett, known as Mother Nature's Orchestra, return with their extraordinary gifts — Neil on flutes of the world and David on a magnificent range of gongs. Together they create a deeply healing soundscape that washes over you like the creek bubbling alongside, leaving you restored, peaceful and connected to nature.
Doors open at 3:30pm with the sound healing beginning at 4:00pm. At the conclusion, from 5:15pm, we will serve delicious hot chai and fresh dahl — the perfect nourishing end to a magical morning.
A special treat for this one — Neil and David will introduce some new instruments.

🍲 We strongly encourage you to purchase the all-inclusive food ticket in advance. This helps us prepare the right amount of dahl and chai for everyone. Pre-paid food orders are given priority — and as we prepare in limited quantities, those who haven't pre-ordered may miss out on the day.

- Is This Family Friendly Event
Absolutely — this is a special daytime event specifically designed to welcome families. However, please note that the sound healing requires complete quiet and stillness for the full 90 minutes. Children must be calm and supervised by their parent or guardian throughout the session. We ask that parents come prepared to gently manage little ones to ensure a peaceful experience for all attendees.
- Is there anything special for children?
Yes! Neil will treat the children to a wonderful bird call demonstration — a magical moment that brings the sounds of nature to life. 🐦
- What is included in the food-inclusive ticket?
Your food-inclusive ticket covers the sound healing session plus a nourishing bowl of fresh dahl and a cup of hot chai served after the session. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing this ticket to guarantee your meal — we prepare in limited quantities and those who haven't pre-ordered may miss out on the day.
- What time does everything start?
Doors open: 10:00am
Sound healing begins: 10:30am (please arrive on time)
Sound healing concludes: 12:00pm (approximately 90 minutes)
Dahl & chai served: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Event closes: 1:00pm
- What should I bring?
Bring your own comfortable mat, cushions and/or blankets to lay on during the session. The sound healing is a lying-down, deeply relaxing experience — the more comfortable you make yourself, the better!
- What food is available?
We serve freshly made dahl and hot chai following the sound healing. Both are 100% vegan and dairy free — wholesome, nourishing and delicious.
When is food served? All food and drinks are served after the sound healing concludes at 12:00pm. Nothing is served during the session.
Can I buy food on the day? You may be able to purchase dahl and chai on the day, however we cannot guarantee availability for those who have not pre-purchased. To avoid missing out, we strongly encourage you to select the food-inclusive ticket when booking.

The event is held at Currumbin Valley Harvest 1380 Currumbin Creek Road Currumbin Valley Qld 4223 We are a small, intimate venue nestled in spectacular natural surroundings — the perfect setting for a morning of healing and peace.
- Is parking available?
Street Parking Only . We encourage shared transport.
- What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date. If you have any concerns please reach out to us directly.
