Welcome Spring - Sonic Grounding & Singing Circle

A fun, nurturing community gathering to celebrate nature's turning point — the Spring Equinox — as day and night find their balance and the season shifts toward light and growth.

We'll start by slowing down together — a gentle sonic grounding session with crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments, giving you permission to just breathe, settle and be held by the sound.

Then we'll ease into our Singing Circle, warm and welcoming, where we'll sing together as our ancestors have done through time — to mark the passing of the seasons and celebrate that we're here to savour it!

Connect with your authentic voice and it's power to bring calm and joy.

If you can speak, you can sing @ Singing Circle, no matter what you might believe or have been told. It's not about perfection or performance, rather it's about how our sharing our voices together makes us feel.

Starting with some playful vocal warm-ups and then moving onto simple songs taught by ear. We'll layer up some harmonies as the mood of the evening takes us.

Shower singers, "non-singers" and the simply curious — all welcome!

Light refreshments included, so come as you are and stay for a warming cuppa and conversation after Circle.

This event is for ages 10 and up.
