ABOUT JOS

Jos is a singer-songwriter, mindfulness coach, and sound journey facilitator. She writes about her observations of nature, relationship to self, relationship to others with love, hope, and joy.  

Her offerings share a vision of a harmonious world, co-created with respect and gratitude for Mother Earth, the wisdom of the ancient ones here, now, and everywhere.

ABOUT LUCY

Lucy is a yoga teacher, women’s circle, chanting, and ceremony facilitator with a special interest in Bhakti yoga, sound healing, and ceremonial spaces. 

She is passionate about sharing the powerful practices of mantra & sound and creating experiences for people to reconnect with and remember who they are.
